Certifying Translations with AcudocX

An essential component of our system is designed for NAATl-certified translators, as it allows them to manage their translation activities securely online – including checking, editing, and delivering certified translations back to customers in a timely manner via a mobile-friendly platform.

Because today’s translation professionals seek practical techniques to help them produce more and waste less, the benefits of AcudocX will be reflected through a noticeable time reduction in simple translation tasks of official documents where extract template forms exist.

How It Works EXTRACT TRANSLATIONS

1

The customer uploads an electronic copy of a document and populates the fields required by highlighting the key information and entering the English equivalent.

2

Once all of the fields have been populated, the customer submits the document for review, and makes payment for the job.

3

The system notifies the provider that a new job is waiting for them to accept and begin processing.

4

The provider checks and edits the translation job. If the provider deems a field to be incorrect, they can correct it on behalf of the customer.

5

If the provider makes changes, the job is passed back to the customer for review. Providers can set a number of included corrections in their fee. If corrections exceed this included number, additional payment by the customer will be required.

6

Once the job is finalised, the system notifies the customer that their documents are ready for download. If required, the documents can also be printed by the provider, stamped and signed in ink then sent via post for an additional postage and handling fee paid by the customer.
