The solution facilitates the translation of personal documents and any other template-based documents from LOTE into English, as either full translations or extracts, which may either be entirely translator-completed, or partially completed by the customer via our unique self-service document translation process.

We make personal document translations quick, simple, and cost-effective for LSPs, translators, and their customers.
The AcudocX self-service feature allow individuals to translate and submit their personal documents for certification online in just a few minutes. The customers have a choice of entering their personal information in English via a guided process that ensures accuracy. When the translator receives the job it’s been paid for and is 90% complete. All the translator has to do is verify the accuracy of the customer’s entries and click a button to certify and deliver the final translation.

- 2-Factor Authentication: 2FA is mandated for all translators who access AcudocX.
- Verification: AcudocX verifies every translator and their NAATI-Certified status prior to onboarding.
- Data Sovereignty: We use onshore Amazon Web Servers (AWS) to host AcudocX locally according to local data regulations.
- Secure Payments: Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Privacy: Where applicable, AcudocX is compliant with Australian privacy principles.
- Doc Management: Identity documents are stored securely on the AcudocX AWS hosting environment.
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest (when sent between customers and translators and stored on AWS server).
- Local development & Support: AcudocX support – including emergency, after-hours support and development is based in Australia.
