Translating Documents with AcudocX

AcudocX’s software-as-a-service ecosystem can be accessed by customers seeking a certified translator, where customers can complete their own translation within minutes and have their certified translation delivered without the need for multiple calls and emails.

AcudocX is designed so that the system is intuitive and simple for customers to use. Because the customer enters their own information and the translator acts as an editor and quality controller, AcudocX reduces the time required for each document and keeps the costs down for customers.

How It Works EXTRACT Translations

1

A customer uploads an electronic copy of a document and is presented with a number of fields that they must complete.

2

Completing a field involves highlighting area of the original document which contains the required information (in a foreign language) and entering the English equivalent in a corresponding box.

3

Once all of the fields have been populated, the customer submits the document for review and makes payment for the job. The system then notifies the provider that a new job is waiting for them to process.

4

The provider processes the job, checking all of the documents and associated fields. If a field is left empty or a correction required, the provider can translate the fields for the customer.

5

If the provider makes changes, the job is passed back to the customer for review and additional payment, if required.

6

Once the job is finalised, the system notifies the customer that their documents are ready for download. If required, the documents can also be printed by the provider, stamped and signed in ink and sent via post.
