Easily edit your work
Agencies have complete oversight for each translation project, can see any messaging between customer and translator and reassign jobs, if necessary. While a translator can also accept and process a job without any agency input.

For translations with special requirements, before completing any job, a translator can easily edit their certification statement with the built-in editor. They can then hit the regenerate button to simultaneously update all their documents.
Built-in messaging system
We don’t like losing track of emails. You shouldn’t have to either, so we’ve eliminated the unnecessary email back-and-forth. Instead, easily communicate with customers through the built-in messaging system. All communications from either a translator or agency to a customer is in the agency’s name.
You and your customer will be notified immediately of new messages, as well as status changes to a job and any pending follow ups.

Set your pricing defaults and create individually priced services, which get updated instantly. Create a list of templates you’ll offer, and edit this list at any time.
AcudocX runs on a minimal service-fee of 5% + $1.75 which is paid by customers, allowing the basic system to be completely free of charge for LSPs and freelance translators alike.
